Domain Packs

Bundled Domain Packs for contracts, policy, and operations can propose CEG Source, vocabulary, and plan templates. Their maturity in domains/v6-catalog.json is review-required.

A pack at review-required is not a validated semantic layer. Human gold for automatic relation commitment is not complete. KAR evaluates an already committed graph either way. The graph's origin does not change the evaluator.

domains/flight-ops is also review-required. Its relation rules are NEEDS_REVIEW. A regex match is not committed evidence. The hand-authored graph in examples/flight-ops is the deterministic demonstration. See Flight logs.

What is still ahead:

• A human validation pass before any bundled pack is treated as validated.
• That pass does not require a new KAR version once it happens.
• Automatic extraction is not a validated semantic layer.

Do not describe a Domain Pack as certified, production-validated, or a substitute for reading the source documents.
