Sync and merge
V5 can summarize and compare images, fast-forward compatible state, and plan or apply a merge when the host authorizes it. There is no silent last-write-wins replacement.
Commit and merge callers should pass the pre-operation state root and, for a planned merge or sync, the verified plan root. Diverged images go through the explicit merge planner and a resolution authorization.
executeKnowledgeSyncHostFastForwardV5 computes the local plan and applies the verified image only when the host authorizes the sync operation. It rejects anything that is not a direct remote-ahead fast-forward. Divergent merge resolution stays an explicit authorized operation.
Sockets, credentials, endpoint routing, and scheduling stay outside @knolo/core. See Host deployment.
Signed transport metadata (KIP-0014) binds the exchange. It does not admit a peer by itself. Discovery returns opaque peer ids. If more than one peer is available, the host must name peerId. The coordinator does not guess.
knolo diff compares V4 packs. KAR graph diffs are a separate command, knolo kar graph diff.
