Internet Computer

The Internet Computer package stays at 5.5.1. It does not implement KAR, composition, or Cortex. The legacy build path emits an older pack profile until the canister gains a V4 profile.

The commands stay local-first. There is no hosted service and no vector database. Lexical retrieval is the default. Pack mutation is controller-only. The pack limit is 2 MiB. Pack state survives canister upgrades.

From the Knolo Core repository, npm run icp:local can seed a local replica and a REST gateway on 127.0.0.1:8787. That script is a repository workflow, not a command inside the published canister.

Do not mount a V5 image, a KAR graph, or a Cortex trace through knolo icp query and expect V6 behavior. Use the TypeScript runtime or the CLI for those artifacts.
