V5 EQL

Bounded deterministic EQL runs against a committed V5 image. Planning and results can be tied to deterministic roots. V5 images are never mounted through the V4 query() API.

Rust 5.5.1 implements bounded EQL v1. plan_root and result_root match the TypeScript runtime on the shared fixtures.

EQL SEARCH is also the V5 retrieval round inside Knolo Cortex. A composed session can run the same bounded statement through composed query. Neither path turns a search hit into a KAR SATISFIED result. KAR has its own plan. See Plans and frontiers.

Keep statements bounded. LIMIT is part of the contract, not an optional hint you can drop in production.
